Your privacy is extremely important to us. This policy gives you information on what information we collect, why we collect it and how we use it.

Collecting Personal Information
When you register in our website you are required to provide your name and email address. This information will not be shared with anyone at anytime. You are free to delete your account at any time by sending an email to support@modcal.org

Use of Personal Information
We save your name, email and profile picture. Your profile picture is used within MODCAL.ORG to help you identify that you are still logged in. You name and email are saved in our database to send out email notifications regarding your progress in courses that you have enrolled for. Apart from this, you will also receive promotional information from us regarding future courses.
If you are a paying customer within MODCAL.ORG then you can use your Google Drive account to upload additional files that will complement your assignment submission. These files are used by our graders to gauge your performance in that assignment. Your files might get saved in the graders computer as part of the grading process. However, your files are not shared with any third party, at point in time.

Cookies Storage
ModCAL give top priority to the security of your account. We employ SSL technology to store your information and use several features to protect your un-authorized access of transmitted information. However, if there is a security system failure then data can be deleted or altered.

If we change our policies we will update it on our website. Users are also encouraged to check our website regularly to get the latest policy.
